These galvanized metal tubs are commercially produced to feed livestock, but we repurpose them as unique hot tubs. Here’s why: although they may seem a little unorthodox, they are extremely durable, relatively light and inexpensive. A simple wood heated configuration makes these tubs ideal for off-grid. They are also efficient to heat and yes… surprisingly comfortable.
Built to Travel
These 16 gauge galvanized metal tubs have a rugged nature that allow them to be transported and located in all sorts of locations (the more remote to better). Their shape makes them comfortable to soak in without added seating or backrest support. That combined with their heating efficiency and cost, make them an inexpensive (and portable!) hot tub solution. The shape of these tubs also allows for easy access.
Size & Colour
- All tubs are oblong, rounded at both ends
- Available lengths from 4 to 8 feet
- Stock width is approximately 2 feet
- Stock height is 2 feet
- Can be painted inside and/or out
- Added graphics (decal or magnetic) can be requested

- Wood burning heat

- Soaking tub (no circulation)
